Self-determination Provide a platform for Indigenous Community to come together to discuss their needs and concerns, assess options and arrive at their own conclusions.

Education and training Assist with the education and training of young Indigenous boys and girls by ensuring that all parties to a project are willing to assist with these programs.

Inclusive Include non-Indigenous communities by embracing diversity and recognize that these communities have rights to participate in processes that affect their lives.

Efficiency Be efficient and effective in our approach to give best solution to each project and look for innovative solutions instead of problems.  

Passion Putting the heart and mind in the work to get the best results by giving the best and service and achieving excellence each project undertaken.

Safety Ensure the safety and security of all Indigenous communities, its people and workers making sure to give them trouble free experience.

Social justice and equity Recognize the rights and dignity of all individuals, the equality of opportunity in education and employment for all and enhancing diversity in gender, age, culture, beliefs, attitudes, language and social circumstances.

Sustainability Be committed to the management of all projects in an environmentally responsible manner, to care for the environment in which we live and work, and to sustain its quality for the benefit of future generations.
